The worst of these shady companies is power syndicate type business AGL in one billing cycle illegally stole over three quarters of a million dollars from former customers and was advised with 24 hour transaction listings given by the Australian Government via CentrePay, but failed in their duty of care to take steps to stop the wrongful deductions according to the documents filed at court. At risk (including members of the handicapped community) Australians who WERE NOT customers and were wrongly charged by this power and energy mafia type companies AGL.
